NMHBA Member Rebate Program

Through this program, some of the country’s leading manufacturers pay rebates as their way of thanking our members for their loyalty to their products.  You may already be using many of these products, so why not get paid a rebate for something you’re already doing?  This program is just another example of how being an HBA member helps your company be more profitable.

Build Green New Mexico is a program offered by the Foundation for Building to certify new homes meet the extraordinary requirements to qualify for the Sustainable Building Tax Credits offered by the state.  These tax credits may be applied to the purchase price of a new home or passed along to the buyer to claim during their first year of homeownership.

The National Association of Home Builders offers many discounts on business services, auto rentals, tires, and entertainment venues that can save members enough to cover their dues for years to come. NAHB also offers valuable discounts on business-building education, economic data, and contracts exclusive to members.

Professional Employer Organizations are a type of human resources service provider commonly used by small and medium-sized businesses.  AOS provides support to members of NMHBA at a discount to cost-effectively outsource management of human resources, employee benefits, payroll and workers’ compensation insurance, safety and loss prevention, medical benefits and 401K retirement plan options.

NMHBA has a partnership with Jobing.com to host a construction job board with discounts on their listing services for NMHBA members.
